Be Safe (physically, emotionally, mentally)
Be Heard
Be Treated Equally
Each of us then has a RESPONSIBILITY to . . .
- listen and hear each others' point of view without IMMEDIATE judgement or reaction (we consider rather than judge)
- create and express our selves in an atmosphere of ease and support (we know we are cared for)
- create and express in a manner that is an extension of our true selves (we know we are safe)
- hear with an open mind and know that words are meant to help us grow (not all criticism is to tear down - sometimes you need to consider that growth is change and change can be challenging and sometimes upsetting)
